How we’re evolving

You’ll be noticing a few changes, including a host of new services. From print upgrades and partnering with 99designs, to improving our customer service experience for fans and scaling up support.

Our dedication to you and the 2,400 creators signing up to the platform daily is the driving force behind our evolution. The team, driven by new marketing VP Les Green spoke with creators directly to understand improvements needed. Starting with quality, service, and the digital platform itself, we’re creating the new home of 360 degree social commerce innovation. See some of the features we’ve implemented so far:

Sell downloadable, digital products:

Spring recently launched the ability to upload and sell digital content on the same platform as selling physical products. Creators can now offer any digital product imaginable to fans globally; from e-books to photo filters and audio files to wallpapers. 

Custom stores: 

Creators now have access to what we call custom stores. Now is your chance to make your space fully creator branded, including the ability to connect a custom domain.

Product Quality:

As we evolve to Spring, we are improving our overall product quality. Every creator deserves to sell products they can be proud of. We’re partnering with premium apparel supplier AS COLOUR to ensure we’re sourcing responsibly and using top grade materials—providing the perfect canvas for your designs, rolling out to creators over the next 90 days.

World class design support:

Spring has partnered with 99designs to offer design services to all creators on the platform through a referral program connecting you with a 99designs expert designer helping you to bring your ideas to life.

Creator Service updates:

Our evolution as Spring means we’ll be rolling out improvements to our day-to-day support services including a host of new social support channels for creators and their communities. On top of this, other premium services are being introduced, such as strategic partner managers, design support, and custom fulfilment opportunities. Learn more here.

A significant moment

Spring’s CEO, Chris Lamontagne, says “our shift to become Spring is a significant moment for our company.
